Rico Organizações and PGX Attend Namibia's Leading Energy Conference – NIEC 2025
Rico Organizações and its partner PGX had the privilege of participating in the 7th Namibia International Energy Conference (NIEC), held from April 23 to 25, 2025, in Windhoek, Namibia.
Organized by RichAfrica Consultancy and endorsed by the Ministry of Mines and Energy of Namibia, the conference is widely recognized as the country’s premier energy event. It brought together government leaders, industry executives, investors, and members of the business community to drive sector growth and position Namibia as a leading energy hub on the African continent.
Participation and Institutional Support:
The event welcomed over 900 delegates, including investors, service providers, financial institutions, and key decision-makers. It received strong support from the African Energy Chamber and leading sponsors such as Chevron, Shell, TotalEnergies, Woodside Energy, SONILS, and SBM Offshore.
Exhibition and Networking Opportunities:
NIEC 2025 also featured an interactive exhibition where companies from around the world showcased innovative solutions to energy challenges such as access, sustainability, and environmental management. The conference was enriched with social and networking events, including welcome receptions, gala dinners, and closing cocktails—making for an informative yet glamorous experience.
